Improve Facial Volume with a Non-Surgical Facelift
A non-surgical facelift is a quick and effective option to restore youthful-looking volume and definition to multiple areas of the face. This non-invasive facelift procedure can target fine lines, wrinkling, crow’s feet, and hollows around the upper, mid, and lower face. Unlike traditional facial surgery, which requires longer procedure times and more extensive healing, non-surgical facelift treatments can be completed promptly and with minimal recovery. A variety of different treatment options can be used during your non-surgical facelift to achieve natural-looking results, including cosmetic injectables, dermal fillers, and FaceTite™ minimally invasive skin tightening treatment.

What areas can be treated by a non-surgical facelift?
Non-surgical facelift treatment areas include the brows, cheeks, nose, nasolabial folds, lips, chin, and neck. Facial laxity around these areas, as well as any asymmetries, can be reduced using a variety of different non-invasive facial rejuvenation techniques.
How is a non-surgical facelift performed?
Non-surgical facelift treatment is carefully customized to best accomplish your individual procedure goals. Cosmetic injectables and dermal fillers, including BOTOX® Cosmetic, Belotero®, Juvederm™, Restylane®, Voluma™, Radiesse®, Perlane®, or Sculptra® can be utilized to improve facial definition and fine lines. FaceTite™ skin tightening treatment may also be used during your non-surgical facelift to improve firmness and enhance skin structure.
How are cosmetic injectables used for a non-surgical facelift?
Cosmetic injectables can enhance facial structure and definition during your non-invasive facelift procedure. Treatments can be completed in as little as 30 minutes and patients experience virtually no downtime.*
BOTOX® Cosmetic is a natural, purified protein that eases facial muscles to reduce fine lines and furrows. BOTOX® can treat wrinkling around the brows, mid-face, nose, chin, and neck.
Sculptra® is a specialized injectable made from poly-L-lactic acid, which is naturally processed by the body. Sculptra® is injected into the deep dermis and can encourage the growth of new collagen to improve skin structure. Sculptra® injections can enhance the mid-to-lower face.
How is FaceTite™ used for a non-invasive facelift?
FaceTite™ can tighten and lift lax skin for a firmer-looking facial profile. The FaceTite™ machine delivers radio frequency (RF) energy to the surface of your skin, as well as underlying tissues. RF energy stimulates the production of subsurface collagen while also tightening the initial skin layers. The result is a smoother, youthful-looking texture. FaceTite™ can treat the brows, cheeks, and chin.
Can other procedures be combined with a non-surgical facelift?
Yes. Various skin care solutions, including chemical peels, laser skin resurfacing, and Fractora™ skin rejuvenation may be combined with your non-surgical facelift to further enhance your complexion.
Who is a good candidate for a non-surgical facelift?
Non-surgical facelift candidates include patients who would like to reduce facial laxity and add natural-looking volume to the face without undergoing traditional facial surgery. Those who prefer shorter treatment times and minimal post-procedure recovery can opt for a non-invasive facelift. Dr. Levine will meet with you during your non-surgical facelift consultation in NYC to determine if this procedure is right for you.
How long will the results last from a non-surgical facelift?
Depending on the specifics of your procedure, your non-surgical facelift results can last anywhere from 6 months to a full year or more.* Cosmetic injectables, along with FaceTite™ treatment, can provide immediate, long-lasting improvements to your facial profile following your procedure.
How can I prepare for a non-invasive facelift?
During your initial consultation, Dr. Levine will thoroughly discuss your goals and expectations. As much as possible, patients should avoid taking aspirin and ibuprofen-containing products (such as Advil and Motrin), St. John’s Wort, high doses of vitamin E supplements, and other blood thinners (unless medically necessary) for 2 weeks prior to treatment in order to minimize the risk of bruising. Patients should also avoid red wine and multivitamins for 2 days prior to treatment.
What should I expect during my non-surgical facelift procedure?
Your non-surgical facelift can be performed as an outpatient procedure at our New York plastic surgery offices. Your cosmetic fillers will be carefully injected into the treatment site(s). Dr. Levine strategically places injections evenly around the treatment area(s) to achieve smooth-looking, symmetrical results. If also undergoing FaceTite™ treatment, then Dr. Levine will administer an anesthetic in preparation for your procedure. A tiny 1-2 millimeter incision will be made and the FaceTite™ cannula will be inserted under the skin. The FaceTite™ electrode will also be placed on the surface of your skin. These devices work together to deliver RF energy to the treatment area to target and tighten loose skin.
What should I expect after my non-surgical facelift procedure?
Non-surgical facelift patients experience minimal downtime and recovery. There may be some mild bruising and swelling after your procedure. These side effects should begin to dissipate after a few days.* Medication can be prescribed to help alleviate these symptoms, if necessary. Further post-care instructions can be discussed during your in-office consultation.
